Welcome to

Inner Sanctuary Collective

“ Connecting you to the sanctuary within “

About us

Inner Sanctuary Collective is more than just a yoga studio, it’s a space of somatic restoration, embodied presence, and deep reconnection.

We are a collective of yoga, meditation, breathwork teachers, sound facilitators, each sharing our own unique approach. From traditional yoga practices to more contemporary somatic and nervous system-informed modalities.

While we each run our own businesses, we come together to share one supportive, welcoming space a sanctuary where you can come home to yourself.

Our light-filled studio is nestled upstairs in Ripley Arcade, right in the heart of Mount Gambier, South Australia. From the moment you step inside, you're invited to slow down, soften, and let go of the outside world.

Here, movement becomes medicine. Breath becomes a guide. And presence becomes the path back to your inner sanctuary, your body, your breath, your home.

We offer a range of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and wellness classes and events, intentionally designed to support your nervous system, deepen your self-awareness, and honour your whole being.

Whether you're seeking a traditional yoga class, a nervous system reset, or a soulful event to reconnect, you are welcome here.

We invite you to connect to YOUR Inner Sanctuary.

“This place is where growth happens.

This is a place where healing happens.

A place where I can reflect, withdraw and retreat to anytime I need to reconnect.

Sometimes in order to reach our highest self we must first unfold the layers we hide beneath;

fear, limiting beliefs, pain, insecurities, self-criticism, judgement, comparison.

We need to shed these skins we wear, in order to exist

as the wholesome light beings we were intended to become.

This is my SANCTUARY.

This is my practice.” - Sjana Elise Earp

“I’m unable to convey in words how much I love Kath’s Hatha & Restorative yoga classes, and how it has changed my world. Although my yogic journey has only been short, since starting 12 months ago I rarely miss a class and because of this I feel so much stronger mentally, physically and spiritually.

The way that Kath connects with her students is a skill that can’t be taught and its always a pleasure attending her classes.
