Connect to and embody the energy of Gene Keys 46 Love of the Body and 25 Love of Spirit. This nourishing headphone sound journey blends gentle yoga, somatic movement, freestyle dance, and transformative breath practices to guide you back home to body and spirit.

Through slow embodied movement, supportive yoga poses, curated music, and spacious breath, you’ll be invited to:

The Sacred Thread

A Yin, Breathwork & Sound Immersion with Megan, Rohan & Jo

Join us for an evening of deep surrender, sacred stillness, and soulful reconnection.

This practice is an invitation to soften into trust. To remember the sacred thread that flows through all of life: through your body, your breath, your bones, and your lineage.

Through Yin yoga, conscious breathwork, and healing sound, we’ll gently open the body’s inner architecture, especially the fascia and subtle energy lines where memory, tension, and wisdom live.

Here, we honour the web of interconnectedness that binds us: body to spirit, past to present, self to soul.

This session draws on the wisdom of cycles, endings and beginnings, holding on and letting go.

It reminds us that we are never separate.

We are part of a great weaving: of ancestors, of earth, of love, of breath.

You’ll be guided to revere what has come before with embodied reverence…

And to loosen your grip on what no longer belongs, allowing space for natural closure and soft detachment.

Together, we’ll honour the invisible thread that carries us forward, even when the path feels uncertain.

There is nothing to strive for tonight.

Only the invitation to listen, to feel, and to trust what arises.
