“Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s about what you learn on the way down”

- BKS Iyengar

Welcome to our Yoga classes

Our classes are designed to support all bodies, all ages, and all levels of experience. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, there’s a space for you here.

You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to begin, that’s a myth. All you need is a body, a breath, and a willingness to show up just as you are. We’ll meet you there.

Each of our teachers offers something unique, from traditional yoga styles like Hatha and Vinyasa, to gentle Yin, somatic movement, and nervous system-informed practices. All classes are beginner-friendly, and we’ll offer modifications to support you as you build strength, flexibility, and confidence.

Not sure which class is right for you?
That’s totally normal! It’s okay many of our students say the same.
We recommend trying a couple of different classes or teachers to discover what feels good in your body. Some days you might crave stillness and deep rest, other days a flowing practice might be just what you need. Listen to your body, explore, and know there’s no wrong place to start. Or send us a message and we can help direct you to what we think you might like to try.

We can’t wait to welcome you to the mat soon.
